Abstract
Se describe una película de respaldo de panel solar que es utilizada en construcciones de paneles solares. La película comprende una película de PET que tiene un área pico neta según la medición hecha mediante calorimetría de exploración diferencial de aproximadamente -15 J/g hasta aproximadamente 5 J/g medida desde el punto final de la temperatura de transición vítrea (Tg) hasta 230ºC, y un aditivo para opacificar la película de PET. Una capa polimérica es adherida a la película de PET para crear una película de respaldo de panel solar. La película de respaldo de panel solar en general tiene una reflectividad de 50% o mayor, en un punto en el intervalo visible de luz. Adicionalmente, la película de respaldo de panel solar, cuando es aplicada a un panel solar y expuesta a 2000 horas a 85ºC y 85% de humedad relativa, no da como resultado la exfoliación o grietas visibles en la película de PET.
