Abstract

La invención se refiere a una composición de resina de poliéster insaturada, libre de cualquier solvente no reactivo, que comprende: A) al menos un poliéster insaturado obtenido a partir de: A1) un componente ácido que comprende al menos un anhídrido cicloalifático etilénicamente insaturado y al menos 5 mol % de ácido y/o anhídrido itacónico; y A2) un componente de poliol que comprende al menos una amina primaria hidroxilada, y con - el poliéster A) insaturado comprendiendo al menos una imida cicloalifática etilénicamente insaturada, derivada del anhídrido cicloalifático insaturado; - el componente A2) de poliol estando libre de cualquier estructura alcoxilada; y - las proporciones y la funcionalidad promedio de los componentes A1) y A2) siendo seleccionadas para evitar cualquier gelificación por reticulación. Más particularmente, esta composición de resina comprende, además: B) al menos un diluyente reactivo monomérico y/u oligomérico que comprende al menos una insaturación etilénica, copolimerizable con la insaturación etilénica del poliéster A) insaturado, y con el diluyente B) estando libre cualquier estructura alcoxilada; y C) opcionalmente, al menos un poliéster insaturado, líquido a temperatura ambiente, portando al menos una insaturación terminal (met)acrílica. La invención también se refiere a un proceso para preparar la composición de resina, una composición reticulable que contiene ésta y varios usos en recudimientos de protección y/o recubrimientos aislantes eléctricamente, para alta resistencia térmica, en particular para el campo de la ingeniería eléctrica o en composiciones de moldeo.
