Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a composiciones y métodos que permiten la manipulación de la actividad catalítica de complejos de ácido nucleico de componentes múltiples. Además, la invención proporciona métodos los cuales usan estas composiciones y métodos para crear sensores moleculares, interruptores moleculares y/o moduladores o propagadores de cascadas auto-replicantes autocatalíticas y otros procesos iterativos. Más particularmente, la invención se refiere a composiciones que permiten el auto-montaje de complejos de ácido nucleico multicomponentes activos e inactivos, métodos para elaborar tales composiciones, y métodos para uso.
