Abstract

Un método para usar compuestos orgánicos y proporcionar un sabor de liberación lenta en o para productos alimenticios, en donde se adicionan precursores de sabor a composiciones de sabor y/o productos alimenticios y se liberan compuestos de sabor en el consumo de los productos alimenticios, y nuevos compuestos precursores de sabor.
