Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento y sistema para gasificación de biomasa u otros materiales de materia prima carbonosos en un gasificador indirectamente calentado y proporciona un método para la eliminación de materiales orgánicos condensables (tras) del gas del producto resultante con un paso de remoción de materiales orgánicos condensables integrado; más específicamente, este paso de remoción de materiales orgánicos condensables utiliza un portador de calor circulante para fracturar los productos orgánicos y producir gas de producto adicional; como un beneficio del procedimiento anterior, y debido a que el portador de calor circula a través de un vapor alterno y zonas de oxidación en el procedimiento, se elimina la desactivación de reacciones de fisura.
