Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para preparar ciclohexanona y ciclohexanol, comprendiendo dicho procedimiento (a) neutralizar acidos y/o dioxido de carbono presentes en una disolucion organica que comprende ademas hidroperoxido de ciclohexilo mezclando la disolucion organica con una primera disolucion acuosa basica a una temperatura de desde 50 hasta 80 degree C para formar una primera mezcla que comprende una primera fase acuosa con un pH de desde 8.5 hasta 13 y una primera fase organica, (b) separar la primera fase acuosa de la primera mezcla dando como resultado una mezcla restante que comprende la primera fase organica, (c) descomponer el hidroperoxido de ciclohexilo presente en dicha mezcla restante mezclando dicha mezcla restante con una segunda disolucion acuosa basica a una temperatura de desde 60 hasta 110 degree C para formar una segunda mezcla que comprende una segunda fase acuosa y una segunda fase organica que comprende ciclohexanona y ciclohexanol, (d) separar la segunda fase acuosa de la segunda fase organica a una temperatura superior a 80 degree C.
