Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения циклогексанона и циклогексанола, который включает:(a) нейтрализацию кислот и/или диоксида углерода, присутствующих в органическом растворе, который содержит циклогексилгидропероксид, смешением органического раствора с первым водным раствором основания при температуре от 50 до 80°С с образованием первой смеси, включающей первую водную фазу с рН от 8,5 до 13 и первую органическую фазу;(b) отделение водной фазы от первой смеси, в результате чего остается смесь, включающая первую органическую фазу;(c) разложение циклогексилгидропероксида, содержащегося в оставшейся смеси, путем смешения этой оставшейся смеси со вторым водным раствором основания при температуре от 60 до 110°С с образованием второй смеси, включающей вторую водную фазу и вторую органическую фазу, содержащую циклогексанон и циклогексанол;(d) отделение второй водной фазы от второй органической фазы при температуре выше 80°С.
