Abstract

Un reactor de pirolisis en donde el desecho de plastico y caucho se convierten cataliticamente en hidrocarburos que se recuperan como vapor que se emite de un bano de plomo fundido. El desecho se mezcla con un catalizador unico conforme la mezcla se mueve a lo largo del plomo fundido a lo largo de la longitud del bano al extremo de descarga de residuo. Los vapores de hidrocarburos generados dentro del reactor, los vapores que son facilmente condensables en un intercambiador de calor de agua fria, son recuperados. Los hidrocarburos condensados, recuperados se refinan para el uso de combustible de diesel, gasolina y aceite de calentamiento; y los hidrocarburos no condensables, junto con el monoxido de carbono y dioxido de carbono preferiblemente se reciclan con una corriente de reciclado gaseosa para proporcionar combustible a los quemadores utilizados para generar gases calientes para calentar el bano.
