Abstract
REATOR PIROCATALìTICO DE FLUXO TRANSVERSAL PARA CONVERSãO DE MATERIAL PLáSTICO RESIDUAL E BORRACHA USADA. Um reator de pirólise em que refugo de plástico e de borracha é cataliticamente convertido em hidrocarbonetos que são restabelecidos como vapor que emite de um banho de chumbo fundido. O refugo é misturado com um catalisador único à medida que a mistura é movida ao longo do chumbo fundido ao longo do comprimento do banho para uma extremidade de descarga de resíduo. Vapores de hidrocarbonetos gerados dentro do reator, cujos vapores são facilmente condensáveis em um permutador de calor de água fria, são restabelecidos. Os hidrocarbonetos condensados restabelecidos são refinados para o uso como combustível diesel, gasolina e óleo para aquecimento; e os hidrocarbonetos não-condensáveis, juntos com monóxido de carbono e dióxido de carbono, são preferivelmente reciclados como um fluxo de reciclo gasoso para prover combustível para queimadores usados para gerar gases quentes para aquecer o banho.
