Abstract

本发明公开了一种涂层辊的制造方法,包括:(1)对辊基体进行喷砂处理;(2)用超音速火焰喷涂方法在辊基体表面制备一层防腐层;(3)对防腐层表面进行抛光和磨砂处理;(4)借助熔化装置使橡胶涂层材料融化;(5)借助气体射流将橡胶涂层材料小滴涂覆到防腐层表面上,气体射流将橡胶涂层材料小滴从熔化装置的熔化位置吹到防腐层表面上,橡胶涂层材料小滴在从熔化位置至防腐层表面传送的过程中被冷却。保证橡胶涂层材料涂覆平整,延长辊基体的使用寿命,节约人力物力。

Description

涂层辊的制造方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂层辊制造技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种涂层辊的制造方法。
背景技术
传统的涂层辊制造方法都是利用熔化装置将橡胶涂层材料冷却后,利用喷涂装置直接将橡胶涂层材料喷涂到辊基体的表面上,这种喷涂方法虽然实施方便且步骤简单,但是由于熔化后的橡胶涂层材料温度过高,流动性较大,喷涂至辊基体表面后会发生流淌现象,导致涂层不平,需要后期修复,影响使用,且浪费人力物力;另一方面,高温的橡胶涂层材料会对金属辊基体表面造成烧伤、腐蚀,使金属辊基体表面产生相变,在后期使用过程中容易脆化和产生裂纹,影响使用寿命。
因此,期待研发一种涂层辊的制造方法,以保证橡胶涂层材料涂覆平整,省去后期加工工序,同时在喷涂过程中,不会对辊基体表面产生烧伤和腐蚀。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种涂层辊的制造方法,以保证橡胶涂层材料涂覆平整,延长辊基体的使用寿命,节约人力物力。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种涂层辊的制造方法,包括:
(1)对辊基体进行喷砂处理;
(2)用超音速火焰喷涂方法在所述辊基体表面制备一层防腐层;
(3)对防腐层表面进行抛光和磨砂处理;
(4)借助熔化装置使橡胶涂层材料融化;
(5)借助气体射流将所述橡胶涂层材料小滴涂覆到所述防腐层表面上,所述气体射流将所述橡胶涂层材料小滴从所述熔化装置的熔化位置吹到所述防腐层表面上,所述橡胶涂层材料小滴在从所述熔化位置至所述防腐层表面传送的过程中被冷却。
优选地,在所述熔化位置与所述辊基体之间的区域内形成一种包围所述橡胶涂层材料小滴的冷却室,使所述橡胶涂层材料小滴由所述熔化位置经所述冷却室后涂覆到所述辊基体表面上。
优选地,所述冷却室的环境与所述橡胶涂层材料之间存在至少100°的温差。
优选地,所述橡胶涂层材料小滴至所述防腐层表面上时是预凝固的状态。
优选地,所述冷却室中的温度为-35°~5°。
优选地,所述喷砂处理选用12-45#刚玉砂。
优选地,所述辊基体始终保持转动,所述辊基体的线速度为到6-25m/min。
优选地,所述气体射流是压缩气体射流或者氮气射流。
优选地,所述超音速火焰喷涂方法为超音速氧气助燃火焰喷涂或超音速空气助燃火焰喷涂。
优选地,所述辊基体为金属材质。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、在喷涂防腐层之前,首先进行喷砂处理,使辊基体表面具有一定的粗糙度,增大防腐层与辊基体表面的接触面积,保证防腐层与辊基体表面粘接牢固。
2、在辊基体与橡胶涂层材料之间增加防腐层,对辊基体表面进行保护,防止橡胶涂层材料腐蚀辊基体的表面,同时,防止在涂层辊使用过程中,涂层发生脱落时,将辊基体表面暴露出来,在涂层辊表面形成斑块腐蚀。
3、将橡胶涂层材料小滴在从熔化位置至防腐层表面传送的过程中逐步冷却,降低橡胶涂层材料小滴的涂覆温度,避免烧伤防腐层和辊基体,同时降低橡胶涂层材料小滴涂覆时的流动性,避免发生流淌现象,保证涂层平整度。

根据本发明的涂层辊的制造方法,包括:
(1)对辊基体进行喷砂处理;
(2)用超音速火焰喷涂方法在辊基体表面制备一层防腐层;
(3)对防腐层表面进行抛光和磨砂处理;
(4)借助熔化装置使橡胶涂层材料融化;
(5)借助气体射流将橡胶涂层材料小滴涂覆到防腐层表面上,气体射流将橡胶涂层材料小滴从熔化装置的熔化位置吹到防腐层表面上,橡胶涂层材料小滴在从熔化位置至防腐层表面传送的过程中被冷却。

实施例
图1示出了根据本实施例的喷涂方法的示意图。
如图1所示,金属材质的涂层辊的制造方法,在制造过程中,辊基体1始终保持10m/min的线速度转动:
(1)选用20#刚玉砂对辊基体1进行喷砂处理;
(2)用超音速空气助燃火焰喷涂方法在辊基体1表面制备一层厚度为2mm的防腐层;
(3)对防腐层表面进行抛光和磨砂处理;
(4)借助熔化装置使橡胶涂层材料融化;
(5)借助压缩气体射流4将橡胶涂层材料小滴3涂覆到防腐层表面上,气体射流将橡胶涂层材料小滴3从熔化装置的熔化位置吹到防腐层表面上,橡胶涂层材料小滴3在从熔化位置至防腐层表面传送的过程中经过包围橡胶涂层材料小滴3的冷却室,冷却室中的温度为-20°,橡胶涂层材料小滴3被冷却,至防腐层表面上时是预凝固的状态。
将橡胶涂层材料小滴在从熔化位置至防腐层表面传送的过程中逐步冷却,降低橡胶涂层材料小滴的涂覆温度,避免烧伤防腐层和辊基体,同时降低橡胶涂层材料小滴涂覆时的流动性,避免发生流淌现象,保证涂层平整度。

Claims (10)

1.一种涂层辊的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
(1)对辊基体进行喷砂处理;
(2)用超音速火焰喷涂方法在所述辊基体表面制备一层防腐层;
(3)对防腐层表面进行抛光和磨砂处理;
(4)借助熔化装置使橡胶涂层材料融化;
(5)借助气体射流将所述橡胶涂层材料小滴涂覆到所述防腐层表面上,所述气体射流将所述橡胶涂层材料小滴从所述熔化装置的熔化位置吹到所述防腐层表面上,所述橡胶涂层材料小滴在从所述熔化位置至所述防腐层表面传送的过程中被冷却。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂层辊的制造方法,其特征在于,在所述熔化位置与所述辊基体之间的区域内形成一种包围所述橡胶涂层材料小滴的冷却室,使所述橡胶涂层材料小滴由所述熔化位置经所述冷却室后涂覆到所述辊基体表面上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的涂层辊的制造方法,其特征在于,所述冷却室的环境与所述橡胶涂层材料之间存在至少100°的温差。
4.根据权利要求3所述的涂层辊的制造方法,其特征在于,所述橡胶涂层材料小滴至所述防腐层表面上时是预凝固的状态。
5.根据权利要求3所述的涂层辊的制造方法,其特征在于,所述冷却室中的温度为-35°~5°。
6.根据权利要求1所述的涂层辊的制造方法,其特征在于,所述喷砂处理选用12-45#刚玉砂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的涂层辊的制造方法,其特征在于,所述辊基体始终保持转动,所述辊基体的线速度为到6-25m/min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的涂层辊的制造方法,其特征在于,所述气体射流是压缩气体射流或者氮气射流。
9.根据权利要求1所述的涂层辊的制造方法,其特征在于,所述超音速火焰喷涂方法为超音速氧气助燃火焰喷涂或超音速空气助燃火焰喷涂。
