Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para preparar prepolímeros de poliuretano libres de NCO y que contienen alofanato de baja viscosidad, curables por radiación actínica, y a productos obtenibles por este proceso. Los prepolímeros tienen contenidos residuales de monómero de menos de 0.5 % en peso y un contenido de NCO de menos de 1 % en peso, y se preparan por un proceso en el cual se hacen reaccionar A) diisocianatos, B) compuestos con grupos funcionales hidroxi que contienen grupos quereaccionan con compuestos etilénicamente insaturados en la exposición a radiación actínica, y C) poliéster, poliéter o policarbonato-polioles que tienen una funcionalidad de al menos 1.9 y un peso molecular promedio en número (Mn) de al menos 1000 g/mol, D) opcionalmente en la presencia de un catalizador, para formar prepolímeros que contienen grupos NCO que tienen grupos de curación por radiación, que sehacen reaccionar de manera subsiguiente E) opcionalmente después de la adición de isocianatos monofuncionales en la 2 O presencia F) de un catalizador de alofanatización para dar prepolímeros que contienen alofanato, la relación de los grupos NCO de los compuestos de A) a los grupos OH de los compuestos de B) y C ) que es de 1.45 : 1.0 a 1.1 : 1.0 y la relación de los grupos OH de B) a los grupos OH de C) m e es 25 8.0 : 1 a 1.5 : 1.
