Abstract

Se describe un dispositivo colimador y un transflector para usarse en un sistema que tiene iluminacion posterior. En una modalidad de la solicitud el dispositivo colimador y el transflector incluyen cada uno una capa de inmersion, una capa reflectora, y una capa de elemento optico formado de una pluralidad de elementos opticos tridimensionales. Cada elemento optico esta adelgazado de tal forma que un extremo de pequena area tiene una seccion transversal plana horizontal que es menor que el extremo de area ancha. Los elementos opticos del dispositivo colimador se adelgazan hacia la iluminacion posterior y los elementos opticos del transflector estan adelgazados alejandose de la iluminacion posterior. La capa reflectora tiene aperturas que corresponde a la posicion y la forma de los extremos de entrada de luz de los elementos opticos.
