 光源12の出射光を拡散する拡散層13と、Y方向に延びる複数の第1凸部15aを周期T1で配列して拡散層13からの入射光を屈折させて集光する第1集光層15と、隣接する第1凸部15aの境界に対向する複数の第1反射部14aを有して拡散層13の出射光を反射する第1反射層14と、X方向に延びる複数の第2凸部17aを周期T2で配列して第1集光層15からの入射光を屈折させて集光する第2集光層17と、隣接する第2凸部17aの境界に対向する複数の第2反射部16aを有して第1集光層15の出射光を反射する第2反射層16とを備えた。
