Abstract
本发明涉及一种提出了一种背光模组及包含其的液晶显示装置。该背光模组包括光源和导光板组件,导光板组件具有导光板基板,在导光板基板上设置安装槽,其中,光源固定在安装槽内。该背光模组通过集成方式将光源设置在导光板基板上,从而使得背光模组的结构紧凑,安装简便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,尤其是涉及一种背光模组及包含其的液晶显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示装置包括背光模组和液晶面板。液晶面板是被动发光元件,其本身不发光,而是由其下方的背光模组照亮的。则作为液晶显示装置的关键零组件之一的背光模组,主要功能是向液晶显示提供充足的亮度和均匀分布的光源,使得液晶显示装置能够正常显示影像。
如图1所示,现有技术的背光模组90一般包括边框91、胶框92、反射片93、导光板94、棱镜片95、扩散片96和光源97。然而这种结构的背光模组90结构复杂,不利于组装,且制造成本较高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中所存在的上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种背光模组及包含其的液晶显示装置。该背光模组结构简单,有利于制造。同时,该背光模组的材料成本低,有利于降低制造成本。另外,该背光模组有助于生产组装,能提高液晶显示装置的生产效率。
根据本发明的第一方面,提出了一种背光模组,包括:
光源,
导光板组件,导光板组件具有导光板基板,在导光板基板上设置安装槽,
其中,光源固定在安装槽内。
在一个实施例中,安装槽构造为位于导光板基板上的通槽,
或安装槽构造为位于导光板基板上的多个间隔槽。
在一个实施例中,在导光板基板的上部分设置棱镜层,棱镜层包括在平行于导光板基板的下表面的棱镜层基面上规则分布的凸起。
在一个实施例中,凸起构造为平行式设置的棱镜状,凸起的截面面积在由下到上的方向上逐渐减小。
在一个实施例中,在导光板基板的由下到上的方向上设置两层棱镜层,其中,各棱镜层所对应的凸起的分布方向呈一定夹角。
在一个实施例中,夹角为直角,
和/或凸起的截面形状为三角形、多边形或曲面状。
在一个实施例中,棱镜层通过3D打印技术制成。
在一个实施例中,在导光板基板的下表面上设置反射层,
和/或在导光板基板的上表面上设置扩散粒子。
在一个实施例中,在扩散粒子层的上表面上设置用于限定液晶面板的挡框。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供一种液晶显示装置,包括上述的背光模组。
在本申请中,方位用语“下”与液晶显示装置的背光模组侧相同,方位用语“上”与方位用语“下”相对,并与液晶显示装置的液晶面板侧相同。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于,该背光模组通过集成方式将光源设置在导光板基板上,从而使得背光模组的结构紧凑,安装简便;通过在导光板基板上设置棱镜层,进一步集成了导光板组件,简化了结构,方便了安装;同时这种设置的棱镜层结构光损失少,效率高;通过在导光板基板上设置反射层和扩散粒子等,更进一步地集成了导光板组件,优化了生产材料成本,降低了组装工序。

在附图中,相同的部件使用相同的附图标记。附图并未按照实际的比例绘制。
具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
图2显示了根据本发明的背光模组100。如图2所示,背光模组100包括光源1和导光板组件2。其中,导光板组件2具有导光板基板3。并且在导光板基板3的一侧设置安装槽4。安装槽4用于放置光源1。
由此,将光源1集成在导光板基板3上,使得导光板基板3引导光源1所发出的光线的传输方向,用于将点光源或线光源转换成面光源。并且此结构有助于对光源1进行定位,简化了后序的组装过程。
根据光源1是线光源或点光源,安装槽4可构造为通槽或间隔槽。但是,为了简化导光板基板3自身的结构,不论什么类型的光源,安装槽4均可构造为通槽。并且,可以根据导光板基板3的大小或者对实际发光效率的要求,可在导光板基板3的两边或多边设置光源1,以达到更佳的发光效果。此外,安装槽4还可以设置在导光板基板3的下表面,以用于背光源式背光模组。
导光板基板3可以采用压克力材料制成,以使导光板组件2具有较强的光穿透性。
根据本发明,在导光板基板3的上下表面之间设置棱镜层5,棱镜层5位于导光板基板3的上部分,也就是靠近上表面的部分。棱镜层5包括在平行于导光板基板3的下表面的棱镜层基面6上规则分布的凸起7。
凸起7可构造为平行式设置的棱镜状。也就是,在棱镜层基面6上进行槽加工,从而在棱镜层基面6上形成基本相互平行的长条状的凸起7。并且凸起7的截面面积在由下到上的方向上逐渐减小。该棱镜层5用于进行聚光处理,以增加光线的亮度。
为了提高聚光的效率,同时避免光损失,在导光板基板3的由下到上的方向上设置两层或多层棱镜层5,,优选地,为两层棱镜层5,如图3所示。其中上面的棱镜层5的棱镜层基面6位于下面的棱镜层5的凸起7上。优选地,各棱镜层5所对应的凸起7的分布方向呈一定夹角。进一步优选地,各棱镜层5所对应的凸起7的分布方向呈直角。也就是上面的棱镜层5的凸起7的走向与下面的棱镜层5的凸起7的走向垂直。通过这种设置可以进一步提高导光板组件2的光效率。
如图,凸起7的截面形状可以为三角形。但是本发明并不限于这种结构形式。也就是,凸起7还可以为其它结构形式,例如多边形或曲面状等。
需要说明的是,凸起7的结构和在棱镜层基面6上的分布状况和自身结构,并不限于上述结构。只要所述凸起7均匀分布,使得光线从所述棱镜层5上集中出射,能够提高光线的亮度即可。
根据本发明,导光板组件2上的棱镜层5结构,可通过3D打印技术制成。也就是,可利用3D打印技术形成中空的多层棱镜层5结构。
在一个实施例中,在导光板基板3的下表面上设置反射层8。反射层8用于反射从导光板基板3中漏出的光线,并将光线反射回导光板基板3中。优选地,反射层8可以为涂布在导光板基板3的下表面上的铝、银等金属薄膜。
导光板基板3的上表面上设置扩散粒子层9。扩散粒子层9是由高分子化合物和数个扩散粒子组成。高分子化合物可采用喷涂方式、滚轮涂布方式或网版印刷方式等粘附在导光板基板3的上表面上。由此,光线在经过扩散粒子层9时,会发生许多的折射、反射和散射现象,以造成光学扩散的效果。
在扩散粒子层9的上表面上还设置有挡框10。挡框10由从扩散粒子层9的上表面凸出的长条体而围成,并分布在导光板组件2的非光源侧。此挡框10用于在安装状态下,限定液晶面板的位置。
需要说明的是,背光模组100还包括其它结构,例如,边框。而这些结构对本领域技术人员是显而易见的,在此略去详细描述。
根据本发明还提供一种液晶显示装置200。如图4所示,液晶显示装置200包括液晶面板150和背光模组100。所述的液晶显示装置200可以为液晶电视、液晶显示器、数码相框、手机、平板电脑等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
背光模组100中的导光板组件2将传统的导光板、反射片和扩散片等功能有效的整合为一体,保持了原背光模组的功能,并简化了结构。尤其是,该结构的背光模组降低了材料成本,同时使得背光模组更加轻薄。另外,具有此种结构的背光模组100易于组装,简化了组装工序并节省了工作时间。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式,但本发明保护范围并不局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员在本发明公开的技术范围内,可容易地进行改变或变化,而这种改变或变化都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求书的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括:
光源,
导光板组件,所述导光板组件具有导光板基板,在所述导光板基板上设置安装槽,
其中,所述光源固定在所述安装槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述安装槽构造为位于所述导光板基板上的通槽,
或所述安装槽构造为位于所述导光板基板上的多个间隔槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,在所述导光板基板的上部分设置棱镜层,所述棱镜层包括在平行于所述导光板基板的下表面的棱镜层基面上规则分布的凸起。
4.根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述凸起构造为平行式设置的棱镜状,所述凸起的截面面积在由下到上的方向上逐渐减小。
5.根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,在所述导光板基板的由下到上的方向上设置两层棱镜层,其中,各所述棱镜层所对应的所述凸起的分布方向呈一定夹角。
6.根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,所述夹角为直角,
和/或所述凸起的截面形状为三角形、多边形或曲面状。
7.根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述棱镜层通过3D打印技术制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,在所述导光板基板的下表面上设置反射层,
和/或在所述导光板基板的上表面上设置扩散粒子层。
9.根据权利要求8所述的背光模组,其特征在于,在所述扩散粒子层的上表面上设置用于限定液晶面板的挡框。
10.一种液晶显示装置,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1到9中任一项所述的背光模组。
