Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un compuesto de fórmula o una sal de adición de ácido farmaceuticamente aceptable del mismo, donde: Ar es fenilo o 3-trifluorometilfenilo, 3-cianopiridilo, naftilo o un anillo heterocíclico aromático de 5 0 6 miembros, cuyo anillo contiene un átomo de nitrógeno, oxígeno o azufre o dos átomos de nitrógeno de los cuales uno puede estar reemplazado por oxígeno o azufre o el citado anillo heterociclico está condensado con benzo; cada uno de los citados naftilo, anillo heterocíclico o anillo benzoheterocíclico está opcionalmente sustituído con un radical fluoro, cloro o trifluorometilo, encontrándose dicha sustitución en el caso del citado naftilo o anillo benzoheterocíclico en el anillo no unido al grupo piperazinilo; n es 2, 3 ó 4; R es hidrógeno o alquilo C1-3; x es nitrógeno, oxígeno o azufre y Z-Y es C-H, C-OH, C-SH, C-NH2, C-alquilo C1-3, C-(alquil C1-3) amino o N, con la condición de que cuando Z-Y es nitrógeno, entonces x no es oxígeno.
