Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a mejoras en composición de revestimiento termoendurecible y metodo, que consiste de: 100 partes en peso de por lo menos un oligómero a base de epoxi polimerizable que tiene por lo menos dos grupos acrilato y un peso molecular promedio en peso de aproximadamente 500 a 1,500, de aproximadamente 80 a 160 partes en peso de por lo menos un monómero etilenicamente insaturado copolimerizable; de aproximadamente 10 a 120 partes en peso de por lo menos un compuesto monoetilenicamente insaturado copolimerizable que tiene un grupo -CO-, y un grupo -NH2, -NH- y/o -OH, de aproximadamente 20 a 90 partes en peso de acetato de polivinilo; de aproximadamente 0.2 a 5 partes en peso de por lo menos una sal de zinc de un ácido graso que tiene por lo menos 10 átomos de carbono, de aproximadamente 0.01 a 1.0 partes en peso de por lo menos un acelerador para un iniciador de peróxido de aproximadamente 5 a 30 partes en peso de negro de carbón conductor; de aproximadamente 50 a 155 partes en peso de un material de relleno o carga y de aproximadamente 5 a 120 partes en peso de un compuesto de diacrilato copolimerizable o co-curable que tiene un peso molecular promedio en peso de aproximadamente 250 a 5,000 y que se selecciona del grupo que consiste de: por lo menos un oligómero de polioxialquilenglicol que tiene dos grupos acrilato, y por lo menos un oligómero a base de poliuretano que tiene dos grupos acrilato y mezclas de (I) y (II).
