Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso de polimerización, para la recuperación mejorada de un producto polimerico que comprende monómeros de polimerización en un diluyente líquido, para producir una suspensión líquida que contiene partículas de polímero normalmente sólido, abriendo periódicamente un orificio de válvula para retiro de producto para permitir a una carga de la suspensión líquida de partículas, fluir dentro de una zona confinada, alargada, que comprende un calentador de tubo para evaporación instantánea y luego dentro de una cámara de evaporación instantánea en donde los componentes ligeros se separan de las partículas, el proceso está caracterizado por el hecho de que la zona confinada, alargada, se construye de modo que el tiempo de flujo de la carga de suspensión en la zona confinada, alargada, sea igual a al menos aproximadamente 25 por ciento del tiempo entre el cierre de la válvula de la sección de sedimentación y la siguiente abertura de la válvula de la sección de sedimentación.
