EL METODO COMPRENDE: (A) PREPARAR DISPERSIONES DE POLIOL DE INJERTO INTERMEDIAS QUE CONTIENEN EL 30% DE PESO O MENOS DE SOLIDOS PARA LLEVAR A CABO UNA DISTRIBUCION ANCHA DE TAMAÑOS PARCIALES EN UN PROCESO CONTINUO POR ALIMENTAR UNA CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE DE UN MONOMERO INSATURADO ETILENICAMENTE Y UN INICIADOR RADICAL LIBRE DENTRO DE UN REACTOR DE FLUJO A UNA TEMPERATURA SUFICIENTE PARA PROMOVER LA POLIMERIZACION, Y (B) CARGAR LA DISPERSION DE POLIMERO DE INJERTO INTERMEDIA DE (A) A UN REACTOR SEMI-PARTIDO COMO SEMILLAS PARA FAVORECER AL INJERTO A INCREMENTAR EL CONTENIDO DE SOLIDOS DE LA DISPERSION A MAS DE 30 POR CIENTO DE PESO POR ALIMENTAR UNA CANTIDAD EFECTIVA DE UN MONOMERO INSATURADO ETILENICAMENTE Y UN INICIADOR RADICAL LIBRE DENTRO DEL REACTOR SEMI-PARTIDO A UNA TEMPERATURA SUFICIENTE PARA PROMOVER EL CRECIMIENTO DE LAS SEMILLAS, POR LO CUAL LAS PARTICULAS DE SEMILLA GENERALMENTE CRECEN MAS GRENDES PERO RETIENEN LAS CARACTERISTICAS DE LA DISTRIBUCION DE TAMAÑO ANCHO.
