Abstract

В заявке описаны способ и устройство для непрерывного отделения жидкой среды, содержащей разбавитель и неполимеризованные мономеры, от полимеризационного эффлюента, содержащего разбавитель, неполимеризованные мономеры и твердые частицы полимера, предусматривающие непрерывный отбор полимеризационного эффлюента из циркуляционного реактора через выпускной клапан и его подачу по соединительному трубопроводу в первый работающий при промежуточном давлении выпарной аппарат мгновенного действия с коническим днищем, образованным по существу плоскими боковыми стенками, наклоненными к горизонтальной плоскости под углом, равным или большим угла откоса твердых частиц полимера, содержащихся в суспензии, и расположенной на его выходе уплотнительной полостью, диаметр (d) и длина (l) которой таковы, что в этой полости скапливается такое количество концентрированной суспензии твердых частиц полимера, которое позволяет создать в ней необходимое уплотнение, рассчитанное на определенный перепад давлений, при этом из нижней части выпарного аппарата мгновенного действия непрерывно отбирается пробковый поток концентрированной суспензии твердых частиц полимера, которая проходит через уплотнительную полость и расположенный на выходе из нее переходной патрубок с наклонными стенками, образованными по существу плоскими боковыми стенками, угол наклона которых к горизонтальной плоскости равен или превышает угол откоса твердых частиц полимера, которые остаются в выпарном аппарате мгновенного действия после перекачки из него во второй, работающий при меньшем давлении выпарной аппарат мгновенного действия приблизительно от 50
