Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición espumable de resina de cloruro de vinilo, para el moldeo en polvo, que contiene un agente formador de espuma en donde dicha composición se produce por el siguiente metodo de mezcla en seco: un primer paso en donde de 40 a 120 partes por peso de plastificante es mezclado con 100 partes por peso de una resina granular de cloruro de vinilo, un segundo paso en donde de 0.5 a 40 partes por peso de por lo menos un polímero o copolímero que tiene un hidrógeno activo en la molecula (componente A) y de 0.1 a 10 partes por peso de un compuesto de isocianato entrelazable (componente B) con añadidos y mezclados en seco para cubrir dichas primeras partículas de mezcla en seco, con dichos componentes (A) y (B), y así formar segundas partículas de mezcla en seco; un tercer paso en donde de 3 a 25 partes por peso de una resina de cloruro de vinilo pulverizada es añadida para cubrir dichas segundas partículas de mezcla en seco, dicho agente espumante siendo añadido en dicho primer paso.
