Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para la producción continua de una composición explosiva en emulsión de aceite/agua, el cual metodo está caracterizado por introducir simultánea y continuamente dentro de una cámara mezcladora, corrientes líquidas separadas de un componente de fase continua y un componente de fase discontinua inmiscible, el componente de fase discontinua inmiscible introduciendose en la fase continua a traves de medios que inducen turbulencia que restringen el flujo de la fase discontinua inmiscible, tal que causa su disrupción para formar gotitas finas de una dimensión deseada, cuando emergen dentro de la cámara mezcladora, estos medios que inducen turbulencia causan además que la fase discontinua inmiscible emerja en un patrón de flujo y a un regimen de flujo suficiente para causar que las gotitas así formadas arrastren una cantidad suficiente del componente de fase continua para proporcionar el mezclado del mismo con las gotitas y alcanzar la estabilización de las mismas en la fase continua y con ello formar continuamente la emulsión.
