Abstract

Procedimiento e instalación para la sensibilización in situ de explosivos de base acuosa. El procedimiento para sensibilizar in situ explosivas de base acuosa antes de cargar los barrenos comprende la formación de una emulsión o dispersión gas en líquido a partir de un producto matriz no explosivo a de baja sensibilidad que comprende una mezcla líquida en solución, emulsión a suspensión, de oxidantes y combustibles y un gas. La densidad del producto explosivo final se puede variar como función del caudal de gas y se controla antes de introducirlo en el barreno. La instalación comprende un depósito (1) con el producto matriz, una reserva de gas (10), un mezclador (5), una bomba (3) y un dispositivo regulador del caudal de gas (8), y, opcionalmente, un depósito (2) con un estabilizante de las burbujas de gas, una bomba dosificadora (4) y un caudalímetro (7). (Figura 1).
