Abstract

El procedimiento para sensibilizar in situ explosivos de base acuosa antes de cargar los barrenos comprende la formacion de una emulsion o dispersion gasen líquido a partir de un producto matriz no explosivo o de baja sensiblidad que comprende una mezcla líquida en solucion, emulsion o suspension, deoxidantes y combustibles, y un gas. La densidad del producto explosivo final se puede variar como funcion del caudal de gas y se controla antes de introducirloen el barreno. La instalacion comprende un deposito (1) con el producto matriz, una reserva de gas (10), un mezclador (5), una bomba (3) y un dispositivoregulador del caudal de gas (8), y, opcionalmente, un deposito (2) con un estabilizante de las burbujas de gas, una bomba dosificadora (4) y uncaudalímetro (7).
