Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una máquina para estratificar láminas de material alimenticio que comprende una cinta transportadora apta para conducir una pluralidad de láminas delgadas de material alimenticio flexible que se depositan planas y paralelas entre sí, medio motrices conectados al transportador para el avance de las láminas de material alimenticio corriente abajo y por lo menos una guía espiral sustancialmente fija situada sobre la cinta transportadora con su eje longitudinal sustancialmente horizontal y formando un ángulo oblícuo con respecto a la dirección de flujo del material alimenticio, apta para que una lámina respectiva de material alimenticio flexible pase por debajo y luego sea guiada por lo menos una vuelta completa en su derredor de modo que dicha lámina se deposite sobre otra lámina que avanza corriente abajo.
