Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para regular la expresión de un gen exterior en una bacteria de Escherichia coli que lleva un plásmido recombinante construído insertando un gen exterior en un vector de expresión para permitir la expresión del gen exterior, que comprende un procedimiento de mantener la temperatura del cultivo de la E. coli a 40 grados C o más de manera que se suprima la expresión del gen exterior.
