제2도는 본 발명에 사용된 피드백 제어(feed back control)에 기초한 이산화탄소를 도식적으로 표시한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 미생물 발효의 페드 배취 공정동안에 탄소원이 부가되고, 1) 발효하는 동안 생성된 이산화탄소의 양을 계속해서 측정하며, 2) 생성된 이산화탄소로 부터 미생물의 특정한 증식 속도를 계산하고, 3) 상기 탄소원의 공급 속도를 변화시킴에 의해 억제적인 부산물이 축적되는 증식 속도보다 작은 실질적으로 일정한 특정 증식 속도를 음지시키는 단계를 포함하는, 미생물 발효의 페드 배취 방법.
