Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la captación en lugares diferentes de falta de totalidad o de estado completo en tubos y barras cilíndricas, en donde la pieza de prueba se conduce hacia adelante en dirección axial sin giro junto a transformadores de emisión y recepción y en donde en el período se produce en la pieza probada impulsos de onda que circulan tangencialmente, que se reciben o captan y las amplitudes de las señales recibidas, una después de la otra, en un período, se utilizan por medio de la formación de un cociente para determinar la falla por medio de una computadora, caracterizado porque se sincronizan las señales recibidas con señales de barrido de la misma frecuencia, de una duración apropiada y con un atraso de iniciación adecuado, se conducen a un detector de cresta y las amplitudes después de ser digitalizadas se transmiten a la computadora.
