Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a pintura basada n agua eléctricamente conductora, que comprende: a) partículas metálicas seleccionadas del grupo qu consiste de cobre, plata, fosfuro de hierro, oro , níquel y mezcla de los mismos y substratos revesidos con ellos, las partículas metálicas tienen d imensiones no mayores a aquellas que pasan a travé de una boquilla para rocío pretendida para aplic ar la pintura; b) una dispersión acuosa de un poliretano, la cual está presente en la pintura, en u na proporción aproximada de 15 por ciento en peso aproximadamente 100 por ciento en peso (base pol ímero) de las partículas metálicas presentes en la pintura; c) cuando menos un co-solvente de secado al aire, capaz de aglomerar partículas del polímeo de dispersión para formar un revestimiento cohe rente sobre una superficie que s epinta en una canidad de cuando menos 2 por ciento en peso y 75 po r ciento en peso del polímero en la dispersión; d) cuando menos un mejorador formador de película no basado en silicona y no basado en silicato, en un cantidad entre aproximadamente 1 por ciento en p eso y 5 por ciento en peso de las partículas metálcas presentes en la pintura; y e) opcionalmente, un compuesto para ajuste de pH, en una cantidad suiciente para ajustar el pH a la pintura entre apr oximadamente 5 y 11.
