Abstract

Invenţia se referă la vinificaţie şi poate fi utilizată pentru fabricarea elixirului vitaminos natural.Procedeul de fabricare a elixirului vitaminos din struguri constă în zdrobirea strugurilor, încălzirea mustului cu boştină, maturarea, răcirea şi separarea mustului de boştină, introducerea culturii pure de drojdii, fermentarea, alcoolizarea şi separarea mustului alcoolizat fermentat de precipitat, în care încălzirea mustului cu boştină se efectuează în două etape, prima din care se efectuează la temperatura de 45-48°C timp de 10-15 ore, iar la etapa a doua temperatura se ridică până la 50-70°C timp de 10-15 ore, în calitate de cultură pură de drojdii fiind utilizate drojdiile locale de tip floculos.Rezultatul tehnic constă în extragerea mai completă şi păstrarea vitaminelor din grupul B din struguri.
