Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în particular la procedeul de obţinere a preparatelor medicamentoase.Scopul invenţiei constă în sporirea randamentului produsului special cu o activitate mai mare. Pentru aceasta pancreasurile congelate de porcină se mărunţesc, trecându-le prin maşina de tocat carne, şi se efectuează autoliza la temperatura de (-2)-(Ş30)°C şi pH 6,5-8,5. Paralel, peste fiecare 15 min. se analizează proba în vederea precipitării în alcool hidric izopropilic de 55-65%. Dacă viteza precipitării autolizei este 3-10 mm timp de 1-3 min., autoliza se suspendă prin adăugarea alcoolului izopropilic până la concentraţia finală de 30-35%, apoi se efectuează filtrarea prin sită. În soluţia obţinută se adaugă alcool izopropilic în concentraţie finală de 55-65% la 20-24°C. Precipitatul obţinut se spală cu alcool izopropilic cu concentraţia de 75-95%. Suspensia se filtrează pe filtrul-nuch cu diametrul de 40 cm şi se sedimentează pentru uscare în vid la 55°C şi presiunea de 5 mbari. Procedeul face posibilă sporirea randamentului produsului special cu o activitate mai mare.Revendicări:1
