Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă, în special la un procedeu de fabricare a vinului perlant de muscat.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include cupajarea vinurilor seci tratate, prepararea amestecului fermentativ, fermentarea secundară până la atingerea presiunii de 400…500 kPa, răcirea, amestecarea vinului spumant obţinut cu vin sec de muscat în raport de (30…50%):(70…50%) respectiv, cu obţinerea în produs a presiunii de 100…250 kPa, administrarea licorii de expediţie preparate pe bază de vin sec de muscat, filtrarea şi îmbutelierea izobarică a produsului finit.
