Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, în special la un procedeu de preparare a băuturii nealcoolice fermentate.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include prepararea mustului din extract apos de cereale germinate, extract apos de plante medicinale şi pomuşoare, zahăr şi maia de lapte, fermentarea mustului în decurs de 8…10 ore la temperatura de 40…45°C, maturarea timp de 20…24 ore la temperatura de 2…4°C, separarea de sediment şi îmbutelierea, componentele mustului fiind luate în următorul raport, % mas.:
