Изобретение относится к пищевой промышленности, в частности к способу приготовления безалкогольного напитка брожения.Способ, согласно изобретению, включает приготовление сусла из водного экстракта проращенного зерна, водного экстракта лекарственных трав и ягод, сахара и молочной закваски, брожение сусла в течение 8…10 часов при температуре 40…45°С, выдержку в течение 20…24 часов при температуре 2…4°С, отделение от осадка и розлив, компоненты сусла взяты в следующем соотношении, % масс.:
