Inventia se refera la industria alimentara, in special la un procedeu de preparare a bauturii nealcoolice fermentate. Procedeul, conform inventiei, include prepararea mustului din extract apos de cereale germinate, extract apos de plante medicinale si pomusoare, zahar si maia de lapte, fermentarea mustului in decurs de 8...10 ore la temperatura de40...45°C, maturarea timp de 20...24 ore la temperatura de 2...4°C, separarea de sediment si imbutelierea, componentele mustului fiind luate in urmatorul raport, % mas.:extract apos de cereale germinate 52...55extract apos de plante medicinale si pomusoare 40...42zahar 3...8maia de lapte 1...5.
