Invenţia se referă la industria materialelor de construcţie, în particular la un bloc de construcţie şi un procedeu de confecţionare a acestuia. The invention relates to the building materials industry, in particular to a building block and a process for making it.
Este cunoscută o piatră de construcţie, care are cavitatea internă împărţită de cel puţin un perete despărţitor, este dotată cu elemente de fixare şi este executată dintr-un material compoziţional, la un raport al componentelor, % masă: polimer 20,0…30,0, material de împlutură mineral 65,0…75,0, odaosuri stabilizante 2,0…5,0 [1]. Rezultatul invenţiei constă în obţinerea unui bloc de construcţie cu proprietăţi mecanice şi izolatoare înalte, la un preţ scăzut, din materiale uzate, în special deşeuri polimerice cu proprietăţi higroscopice, ceea ce duce la uscarea omogenă şi menţinerea umidităţii optimale a blocului. Blocul de construcţie se confecţionează prin malaxarea lutului cu adăugarea apei până la o umiditate de 25…27%, după care se adaugă ciment 7%, emulsie de polivinil acetat 2%, deşeuri mărunţite de polipropilenă 2%, granule de polistiren expandat 3%, toate componentele amestecându-se manual, folosind unelte simple sau mecanizat. Amestecul obţinut se introduce într-o formă umezită în prealabil, în 3 straturi, fiecare fiind bine compactat. Îndată după formarea blocului, acesta se extrage din formă şi se usucă într-un loc protejat. Fibrele de polipropilenă din straturile exterioare ale blocului, datorită elasticităţii ies parţial din bloc formând nişte „mustăţi” de armare, care vor asigura creşterea aderenţei dintre blocuri în rosturile zidăriei. The polypropylene fibers from the outer layers of the block, due to their elasticity, partially come out of the block, forming some reinforcing "whiskers", which will ensure increased adhesion between the blocks in the masonry joints.
