The invention relates to microbiological industry, expectially to the production of medicinal preparations.The purpose of invention is the elaboration of the method of substance prepasation for utilization for stimulation of the skin repartive processes also revealing of the strain producing the substance possessing stimulus action on the skin reparative process. As a producing substance is utilized strain Trichosporon Kashiwayama FERM-P4821 which is characterized the certain indications.The method of above mentioned substance prefaration consists in growing of strain FERM-P4821 in the nutritive medium containing % (mass/volume ): 0,3 of glucose, 0,5 whole milk and 0,05 yeashy extract at pH 4,0-6,0 and temperature 20-30°C durihy 20 hours after that the cultural liquid is filtezed and the filtrate is separated in case of necessity. The obtaining filttrate is condenced and/or is dried, using obtaining preparation one can to prepare the medical ointrunts, the cosmetic preparations.
