Abstract
The invention relates to the agriculture and may be used at the selection experimental stations and other biological organization for the evaluation of initial material according to the maturity groups at the laboratory conditions at all selection process stages.Objects: the increasing of accuracy, simplification and acceleration of process.The summary of the invention consists in the carrying out of the biochemical analysis of seeds on the free prolin content in accordance with the quantity of which is drawn a conclusion on the plant maturity groups. As the early ones are selected forms with decreased content of prolin.
