The invention relates to medicine, particularly to obstetrics and gynecology and may be used in the endometritis treatment.The method of endometritis treatment after cesarean section consists in the jet irrigation of the uterus cavity cooled up to the temperature of 4-5°C with: a sodium hypochlorite solution in a concentration of 600-700 mg/l once in twenty-four hours, for 10-15 minutes.The purpose of the above-mentioned method consists in the reduction of endometritis treatment terms after cesarean section, its prophylaxis and the prevention of side-effects.Claims:1.
