Abstract
The composition of ingredients for aromatized alcoholic drinks contains the following ingredients (kg per 1000 dal of drink): lime-tree flowers 1,1-1,4, pepermint 2,2-2,8, lemon wormwood 4,7-5,9, common origano 5,5-6,9, coriander seeds 9,4-11,7 and the vino-spiritous solution constitutes the rest.The qualitative and quantitative selection of plant ingredients of the composition gives the possibility to use it for the aromatization of a wide spectrum of alcoholic: Table, sweet, strong and large-and-small fruits wines, appetizers.Claims:1.
