Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, şi anume la un procedeu de fabricare a cârnaţului vegetarian.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include pregătirea umpluturii din texturat de soia, înmuiat în apă cu adăugarea de fum lichid, sare, zahăr, coriandru şi ienibahar măcinate, fierberea amestecului, scurgerea surplusului de lichid, tăierea în bucăţele, prăjirea în amestec de ulei de palmier alb cu alt ulei vegetal, prăjirea spanacului în acelaşi amestec de uleiuri, amestecarea texturatului de soia cu spanacul prăjite, umplerea carcasei cu umplutură, legarea si sterilizarea produsului obţinut.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în îmbunătăţirea consistenţei şi elasticităţii cârnaţului şi asigurarea menţinerii formei sale la feliere.
