Abstract

L'invention concerne une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud présentant une composition comprenant les éléments, exprimée en pourcentage en poids, 0,11 % ≤ carbone ≤ 0,16 %, 1 % ≤ manganèse ≤ 2 %, 0,1 % ≤ silicium ≤ 0,7 %, 0,02 % ≤ aluminium ≤ 0,1 %, 0,15 % ≤ molybdène ≤ 0,4 %, 0,15 % ≤ vanadium ≤ 0,4 %, 0,002 % ≤ phosphore ≤ 0,02 %, 0 % ≤ soufre ≤ 0,005 %, 0 % ≤ azote ≤ 0,01 %, et pouvant contenir un ou plusieurs des éléments facultatifs suivants : 0 % ≤ chrome ≤ 0,5 %, 0 % ≤ niobium ≤ 0,05 %, 0,0001 % ≤ calcium ≤ 0,005 %, 0 % ≤ bore ≤ 0,001 %, 0 % ≤ magnésium ≤ 0,0010 %, 0 % ≤ titane ≤ 0,01 %, 0,3 % ≤ Mo + V + Nb ≤ 0,6 %, la composition restante étant composée de fer et d'impuretés inévitables, la microstructure de la tôle d'acier comprenant, en fraction de surface, de 70 % à 90 % de bainite, 10 % à 25 % de ferrite, les quantités cumulées de bainite et de ferrite étant d'au moins 90 % et une quantité cumulée d'austénite résiduelle et de martensite étant comprise entre 0 % et 10 %.
