Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé, qui comprend les étapes suivantes : - procurer un flan de partie structurelle interne ayant une forme de l et un flan de partie structurelle externe ayant une forme de l, lesdits flans de parties structurelles interne et externe (38) étant sensiblement plans, - emboutir à chaud le flan de partie structurelle interne pour former une partie structurelle interne d'automobile (14) ayant une partie de bas de caisse côté inférieur interne (18) et une partie de montant avant inférieur interne (20) réalisée d'un seul tenant avec la partie de bas de caisse côté inférieur interne (18), - emboutir à chaud le flan de partie structurelle externe de façon à former une partie structurelle externe d'automobile (16) ayant une partie de bas de caisse côté inférieur externe (28) et une partie de montant avant inférieur externe (30) réalisée d'un seul tenant avec la partie de bas de caisse côté inférieur externe (28), - assembler la partie structurelle interne d'automobile (14) et la partie structurelle externe d'automobile (16) de façon à former la partie structurelle d'automobile (1).
