Abstract

Proporcionar una técnica para la estampación de un componente estructural de sección transversal cerrada poligonal con una forma curvada a partir de una lámina de metal. En la producción de un componente estructural de sección transversal cerrada poligonal con una forma curvada a lo largo de su dirección longitudinal que tiene porciones de reborde extendidas a lo largo de una línea de cresta situada en un lado más interior de la forma curvada en una dirección radial, la presente invención se caracteriza en que una parte preprocesada en forma de canal primero se estampa para tener una pluralidad de líneas de cresta correspondientes con las porciones de esquina de la sección transversal cerrada poligonal del componente en una forma de sección transversal desarrollada mediante el corte del componente en una posición correspondiente con la línea de cresta situada en el lado más interior en la dirección radial para proporcionar una porción de reborde que se extiende a lo largo de la línea de cresta en los extremos respectivos resultantes en donde cada una de las líneas de cresta correspondientes con las porciones de esquina tiene un radio de curvatura igual a o menor que un radio de curvatura de la correspondiente línea de cresta del componente; y la parte preprocesada a continuación se estampa a fin de deformarse hacia el interior en la dirección de la sección transversal en una posición de una o más de la pluralidad de líneas de cresta para poner a tope las líneas de cresta situadas en los lados más interiores y las porciones de reborde entre sí.
