Abstract
MÉTODO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE UMA PEÇA DE ESTRUTURA DE AUTOMÓVEL E PEÇA DE ESTRUTURA DE AUTOMÓVEL. O método compreende as etapas de: fornecer uma peça em bruto (38) de estrutura interna tendo uma forma em L e uma peça em bruto (38) de estrutura externa tendo uma forma em L, sendo as referidas peças em bruto (38) de estrutura interna e externa planas, estampagem a quente da peça em bruto (38) de estrutura interna para formar uma peça de estrutura de automóvel interna (14) que tem uma peça de soleira inferior interna (18) e uma peça de coluna dianteira inferior interna (20) feita de uma única peça com a peça de soleira inferior interna (18), estampagem a quente da peça em bruto (38) de estrutura externa para formar uma peça de estrutura de automóvel externa (16) que tem uma peça de soleira inferior externa (28) e uma peça de coluna dianteira inferior externa (30) feita de uma única peça com a peça de soleira inferior externa (28), montagem da peça de estrutura de automóvel interna (14) e da peça de estrutura de automóvel externa (16) para formar a peça de estrutura de automóvel (1).
