Abstract
본 발명은 양극판의 일단부로터 권취측 사이에 이중 세퍼레이터 조각을 갖는 원통형 전지는 전지의 단락을 방지하고, 팩킹율을 감소시켜 전지의 수명을 향상시키며, 권취시 불량율을 크게 감소시킨 우수한 전지이다.

제 3a도는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 양극판의 시작부에 이중 세퍼레이터 조각을 삽입하여 양극판의 시작 부분을 두 개의 세퍼레이터로 절연하여 권치하기 전의 원통형 니켈.수소 전지 전극부의 평면도.
제3b도는 상기 제3a도의 니켈.수소 전지 전극부를 권치하는 작업중의 원통형 니켈.수소 전지 전극부의 단면도.
제4도는 원통형 니켈.수소 전지의 개략적인 분해 사시도.
Claims (4)
- 양극판과; 음극판과; 양극 단자와; 음극 단자와; 상기 양극판과 음극판 사이에 제공되는 세피레이터와; 전해질을; 포함하며, 상기 양극판과 음극판 및 세퍼레이터을 권치축을 중심으로 권취하여 형성하는 권취 극판군에 있어서, 상기 권치축과 양극판의 일단부 사이에만 이중 세퍼레이터 조각을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 권취 극판군.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 권치 극판군은 원통형 전지 또는 콘덴서인 권취극판군.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 권치 극판군은 원통형 니켈.수소 전지인 권치 극판군.
- 양극 화물질 슬러리를 금속지지체 상에 도포, 건조 그리고 압연하여 양극판을 제조하는 단계와; 음극 화물질 슬러리를 금속지지체 상에 도포, 건조 그리고 압연하여 음극판을 제조하는 단계와; 세퍼레이터를 상기 양극판 및 음금판 사이에 개재하여 권취하는 단계와; 권치된 권취체를 케이스에 넣은 후 전해질을 주입하는 단계와; 상기 권취 상태로 조립된 극판과 세퍼레이터의 상축 개구부에 캡 어셈블리를 장착하는 단계를; 포함하는 권취 극판군의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 권취축과 양극판의 일단부 사이에 이중 세퍼레이터 조각을 더욱 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 권치 극판군의 제조방법.
