Abstract

테이프 카세트용 테이프릴(10)은 테이프릴의 성형단계에 필요한 사이클 시간을 실질적으로 감소시키도록 테이프릴이 박벽인 경우에도, 테이프릴의 변형을 실질적으로 예방할 수 있다. 테이프릴(10)은 릴허브(2)와 디스크형 플랜지(1)를 포함한다. 강화립(4, 6)은 코어 안정 표면 립(5)에서 환형립(6)까지 신장하도록 디스크형 플랜지(1)의 외주면상에 배열된 환상립(6)과 디스크형 플랜지(1)의 외면상에 배열된 복수의 선형립(4)을 포함한다. 코어 안정 표면 립(5)과 환상립(6) 사이의 중간지점 보다 더 먼 지점(4₁)에서 선형립(4) 각각이 하나 이상의 다른 선형립(4)과 교차하도록 선형립(4)이 배열된다.

Claims (10)

  1. 테이프(13)가 감긴 릴허브(2)와, 상기 릴허브(2)와 일체로 성형하여 형성되면서 감긴 테이프를 수용하는 내면과 상기 내면과 대향하는 외면을 갖는 디스크형 플랜지(1)와, 상기 디스크형 플랜지(1)의 상기 외면상에 배열된 코어 안정 표면 립(5)과, 상기 디스크형 플랜지(1)상에 제공된 강화립(4, 6)을 포함하는 테이프 카세트용 테이프릴(10)에 있어서, 상기 강화립은 상기 디스크형 플랜(1)의 외주부상에 설치된 환상립(6)과, 상기 코어 안정 표면 립(5)에서 상기 환상립(6)까지 신장되도록 상기 디스크형 플랜지(1)의 상기 외면상에 설치된 복수의 선형립(4)을 포함하고, 상기 코어 안정 표면 립(5)과 상기 환상립(6) 사이의 중간지점 보다 더 먼 지점(4₁)에서 상기 선형립(4) 각각이 하나 이상의 다른 선형립(4)과 교차하도록 상기 선형립(4)들이 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트용 테이프릴.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선형립(4) 각각이 상기 환상립(6)상에 위치한 지점(4₁)에서 하나 이상의 다른 선형립(4)과 교차하도록 상기 선형립(4)이 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트용 테이프릴.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 선형립(4) 각각이 상기 코어 안정 표면 립(5)상에 위치한 지점(4₂)에서 상기 선형립(4)중 또 다른 하나의 선형립과 교차하도록 상기 선형립(4)이 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트용 테이프릴.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 릴허브(2)를 사이에 삽입시켜서 서로가 대향하는 두 개씩의 상기 선형립(4)이 직선상에서 서로가 정열되도록 상기 선형립(4)이 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트용 테이프릴.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 릴허브(2)를 사이에 삽입시켜서 서로가 대향하는 두 개씩의 상기 선형립(4)이 직선상에서 서로가 정열되도록 상기 선형립(4)이 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트용 테이프릴.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 릴허브(2)를 사이에 삽입시켜서 서로가 대향하는 두 개씩의 상기 선형립(4)이 직선상에서 서로가 정열되도록 상기 선형립(4)이 배열되고, 상기 선형립(4) 각각은 상기 환상립(6)상에 위치한 지점(4₁)에서 하나 이상의 다른 선형립(4)과 교차하고 상기 코어 안정 표면 립(5) 상에 위치한 지점(4₂)에서 상기 선형립(4)중 또 다른 하나의 선형립과 교차함으로써 서로가 결합한 상기 선형립(4)들이 실질적으로 별형 강화립 구조를 형성하도록 상기 선형립(4)들이 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트용 테이프릴.
  7. 제1항, 제2항, 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 선형립(4)은 상기 플랜지(1)의 두께(t₁)와 실질적으로 동일한 폭(t₂)으로 각각 형성되고 말단 쪽으로 경사되어, 단면상 사다리꼴 모양이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트용 테이프릴.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 선형립(4)은 상기 플랜지(1)의 두계(t₁)와 실질적으로 동일한 폭(t₂)으로 각각 형성되고 말단 쪽으로 경사되어, 단면상 사다리꼴 모양이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트용 테이프릴.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 선형립(4)은 상기 플랜지(1)의 두계(t₁)와 실질적으로 동일한 폭(t₂)으로 각각 형성되고 말단 쪽으로 경사되어, 단면상 사다리꼴 모양이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트용 테이프릴.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 선형립(4)은 상기 플랜지(1)의 두께(t₁)와 실질적으로 동일한 폭(t₂)으로 각각 형성되고 말단 쪽으로 경사되어, 단면상 사다리꼴 모양이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트용 테이프릴.
