Abstract

본 발명은 재조합 식물 비루스의 구조 단백질에 융합되는 외부의 펩티드 서열 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 융합 단백질은 생물학적으로 타마모비루스가 포함됨에 의해 식물내에서 높은 수준으로 경제적으로 합성되어, 소망의 결합 성질을 갖는 항체의 생산을 유도하고, 항원 또는 기생충 감염에 대항하는 면역을 포함하여 방어 면역을 유도하는 백신 항원으로 사용되는 많은 용도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 타바모비루스 유전자의 발현을 나타내는 도면, 제2도는 TMV의 U1 균주의 감염성 RNA 게놈이 시험관내에서 KpnI와 연결된 pSNC004에서 T7 RNA 중합효소에 의해 합성되는 TMV 전사 벡터 pSNC004의 플라스미드 지도를 나타내는 도면, 제3도는 실시예에서 기술된 다양한 비루스 에피토프 융합 벡터를 코딩하는 플라스미드 DNA의 구조내의 각 단계를 나타내는 플라스미드 구조의 도면, 제4도는 TMV291에 존재하는 말라리아 에피토프에 대한 NVS3의 반응성이 표준 ELISA로 측정되는 TMV291에 결합된 모노클론항체(NVS3)을 타나내는 도면, 제5도는 TMV261에 존재하는 말라리아 에피토프에 대한 NYS1의 반응성이 표준 ELISA로 측정되는 TMV261에 결합된 모노클론항체(NYS1)을 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 융합 단백질을 코딩하는 폴리누클레오티드에서 상기 융합 단백질은 융합 접합부에서 흥미로운 단백질에 융합되는 타바모비루스 코트 단백질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리누클레오티드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 융합은 아미노기 말단의 융합인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리누클레오티드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 융합은 카르복실기 말단의 융합인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리누클레오티드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 융합은 내부 융합인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리누클레오티드.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 융합 접합부는 누출 정지 코돈으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리누클레오티드.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 융합 접합부는 누출 개시 코돈으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리누클레오티드.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 흥미로운 단백질은 항원인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리누클레오티드.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코트 단백질은 타바코 모자이크 비루스 코트 단백질인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리누클레오티드.
