Abstract

예정된 흐름횡단면을 가진 제1 및 제2유체접속부(16,20), 제1스프링장치(106)에 의하여, 제1 및 제2유체접속부(16,20)가 서로 흐름결합되는 제1위치에 인장되는 적어도 하나의 밸브부재(44) 및 밸브부재(44)를 제1 및 제2유체접속부가 서로 떨어져있는 제2위치에 있게 하기 위하여, 밸브부재(44)를 이동시킬 수 있는 하나의 밸브 작동장치(42)가 포함되어 있는 밸브장치로서, 제1스프링장치(106)의 인장력, 밸브작동장치(42)에 의하여 밸브부재(44)에 가할 수 있는 힘 및 유체접속부(16,20)의 흐름횡단면이 제2유체접속부(20)에서의 유체압력이 예정되었을때, 밸브부재(44)가 제2유체접속부(20)를 개방하여, 제1유체접속부(16)에 대한 흐름결합이 생기도록 정하여지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

밸브장치(VALVE ASSEMBLY)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 밸브장치를 도시한 개략단면도이다, 제2도는 에어갭(air gap)의 폭에 대한 전자기장치의 자기력을 도시한 도표이다, 제3도는 자계강도에 대한 전자기장치내의 자속밀도를 도시한 도표이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 예정된 흐름횡단면을 가진 제1 및 제2유체접속부(16,20)와; 제1스프링장치(106)에 의하여 제1 및 제2유체접속부(16,20)가 유동결합을 하는 제1위치에 인장되어 있는 적어도 하나의 밸브 부재(4); 및 밸브부재(44)를 제1 및 제2유체접속부가 서로 떨어져 있는 제2위치에 있게 하기 위하여, 밸브부재(44)를 이동시킬 수 있게 전자기장치(42)가 제공되어 있는 밸브작동장치(42); 등이 갖추어진 밸브장치에 있어서, 제2위치에서, 제1스프링장치(106)의 인장력 및 제1 및 제2유체접속부(16,20)의 흐름의단면과 밸브작동장치(42)에 의하여 밸브부재(44)상에 조정가능하게 가하여지는 전자기력이, 제2유체접속부(20)에 예정된 압력이 존재할 때, 밸브부재(44)가 제2유체접속부(20)를 개방하여, 제1 및 제2유체접속부(16,20)가 흐름결합을 할 수 있도록 정하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전자기장치(42)가 밸브부재(44)를 이동시킬 수 있는 하나의 앵커요소(78,80)와 변동가능한 에어갭(SL)을 거쳐 협동하는 하나의 철심(74)과 결합되어 있는 적어도 하나의 여자코일(70)에 의하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항 중 한 항에 있어서, 전자기장치(42)가 여자될 때, 발생하는 자기력(FL0FLFL1)이 적어도 선형에 근사하게 변하는 영역(SL0SLSL1)내에서 에어갭(SL)이 변동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 한 항에 있어서, 전자기장치(42)가 자기포화상태로 작동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 한 항에 있어서, 전자기장치(42)의 에어갭(SL)에, 적어도 단편적으로 계단형 횡단면이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 한 항에 있어서, 밸브동작장치(42)가 철심(74)과 침수앵커(78,80)가 제공되어 있는 포트코일(79)로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 한 항에 있어서, 밸브작동장치(42)가 제2스프링장치(84)에 의하여 밸브부재(44)의 제2위치 방향으로 인장되고, 2개의 스프링장치(106,84)의 탄력이 밸브작동장치가 여자되고, 제1 및 제2유체접속부(16,20)에 예정된 압력이 인접되어 있을 때, 밸브부재(44)가 그 밸브시트(100)로부터 떨어지지 아니하게 정하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 한 항에 있어서, 밸브부재(44)와 작동부재(90)가 분리된 별개의 구성요소로서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
