Description
第1実施形態は、図1に示すような配管102の配置であり、電磁弁200として流路の切り替えを行う三方弁を用いている。ノーマルクローズ配管102aのノズル100はリアウィンドガラス130対向し、ウォッシャー液をリアウィンドガラス130に噴出する。ノーマルオープン配管102bのノズルは、ウォッシャー液をカメラ131に噴出する。特許文献1と異なり、本開示では、電磁弁200の非通電時には、ポンプ120からのウォッシャー液がカメラ131に吹き付けられる。これは、使用頻度がカメラ131の方がリアウィンドガラス130より多いためである。
上述の実施形態では、流入通路222をアッパボディ212に形成していたが、第2実施形態は、図9に示すように、流入通路222をロアボディ219に形成している。そのため、圧力逃がし通路232も全てロアボディ219で形成される。252は、圧力逃がし通路232を閉じる密栓である。
上述の実施形態は、流出通路としてノーマルクローズ流出通路228とノーマルオープン流出通路223とを備える三方弁であったが、第3実施形態は流出通路がノーマルクローズ流出通路228のみのオンオフ二方弁である。図11に第3実施形態を示すが、ノーマルオープン流出通路223を省いた点を除き、電磁弁200の構造は第1実施形態と同様である。
第3実施形態は流出通路がノーマルクローズ流出通路228のみのオンオフ二方弁であったが、第4実施形態は流出通路がノーマルオープン流出通路223のみのオンオフ二方弁としている。
以上の実施形態では、アッパボディ212とロアボディ219とを溶着したが、ボルト固定やクリップ止め等他の固定方法を用いても良い。

Claims (6)
- 通電時に励磁するコイルと、
このコイルの通電時磁気回路内に配置される磁性材製のコアと、
前記コイルの通電時磁気回路内にこのコアと磁気間隙を介して対向配置されるプランジャと、
このプランジャを前記コアから離れる方向に押圧するノーマルクローズ圧縮バネと、
を備える電磁部と、
作動流体の流入通路、作動流体の流出通路、前記流入通路とこの流出通路との間に形成され弁体が当接するノーマルクローズ弁座とを有するバルブボディと、
前記弁体と、
前記弁体を前記ノーマルクローズ弁座から離れる方向に押圧するノーマルオープン圧縮バネと、
を備える流路部とからなり、
この流路部と前記電磁部とは、間にシール部材を介在させて機械的に固定され、
前記弁体は、前記ノーマルクローズ弁座との当接面及び前記プランジャとの当接面が球面形状であり、
前記弁体は、前記プランジャと前記ノーマルオープン圧縮バネとによって挟持され、
前記プランジャは前記弁体の球面中心部に離脱可能に当接し、前記ノーマルオープン圧縮バネは前記弁体の周辺部に離脱可能に当接して、
前記弁体は前記プランジャと共に移動し、
前記弁体は赤道部分に円環状のバネ受けを形成し、
前記プランジャは前記弁体の中心軸位置に当接し、
前記ノーマルオープン圧縮バネは前記弁体の前記バネ受けに当接する
ことを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 前記バルブボディは、アッパボディとロアボディとの2部材からなり、
前記流入通路と前記流出通路を開閉するノーマルオープン弁座が前記アッパボディに形成され、
前記ノーマルクローズ弁座が前記ロアボディに形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁弁。 - 前記ノーマルクローズ弁座と前記ノーマルオープン弁座とは対向配置され、
共に前記弁体の球状に対応したテーパ状である
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電磁弁。 - 前記流出通路は、ノーマルオープン流出通路であり、
前記アッパボディにこのノーマルオープン流出通路が形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項2若しくは3記載の電磁弁。 - 前記流出通路は、ノーマルクローズ流出通路であり、
前記ロアボディにこのノーマルクローズ流出通路が形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項2若しくは3記載の電磁弁。 - 前記流出通路は、ノーマルクローズ流出通路とノーマルオープン流出通路との二つであり、
前記アッパボディに前記ノーマルオープン流出通路が形成され
前記ロアボディに前記ノーマルクローズ流出通路が形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項2若しくは3記載の電磁弁。
