Abstract
복수의 포트사이의 유로를 개폐하는 밸브부재(10)를, 전자조작부(3)의 가동철심(27)으로 직접 구동하는 타이프의 직동형 전자밸브에 있어서, 상기한 가동철심(27)을 철심본체(27a)와 치수설정부재(27b)등으로 구성하고, 이들의 철심본체(27a)와 치수설정부재(27b)등에 의하여 가동철심(27)의 철심치수(L)를, 상기한 밸브부재(10)에 따라서 그것을 변환하는데 필요한 치수로 설정한다.

Claims (4)
- 압력유체가 흐르는 복수의 포트와, 이들의 포트가 축선 방향으로 결정된 배열로 개구하는 밸브구멍과, 밸브구멍 내로 이동자재하게 수용되어서 상기한 각 포트 사이의 유로를 개폐하는 밸브부재등을 구비한 주밸브부; 여자코일의 온·오프에 의하여 작동하는 가동철심을 보유하고, 이 가동철심에서 상기한 밸브부재를 직접 구동하여 개폐시키는 전자조작부를; 보유하며, 상기한 전자조작부에 있어서의 가동철심이, 철심본체와, 이 철심본체에 장착된 치수설정부재 등을 보유하고 있고, 이들의 철심본체와 치수설정부재 등에 의하여 철심치수가 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직동형 전자밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 가동철심의 치수설정부재가, 철심본체의 중심구멍의 한쪽 끝으로 선단이 구멍밖으로 돌출하도록 장착되어 있고, 그 선단이 상기한 밸브 부재의 단부에 직접 또는 중계부재를 개재하여 당접하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직동형 전자밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 철심본체의 중심구멍의 타단측으로, 선단이 고정철심과 당접하는 압압부재가 이동자재하게 수용되며, 이 압압부재와 상기한 치수설정부재와의 사이로 복귀스프링이 축설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직동형 전자밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 치수설정부재의 철심본체로부터의 돌출량이 조절자재인 것을 특징으로 하는 직동형 전자밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
